Stuff I have finished lately.
As a knitter there is no better feeling than a project moving from work in progress to finished. Here is some stuff I have finished lately. . .
Ooga Booga custom soaker, Reds shorties for my ds, Monster Booty longies, Hungry Little Caterpillar NB girly soaker and Hungry Little Caterpillar Soaker for a collaboration. Whew.
I am now working on a custom pair of New England Patriots longies and some rainbow shorties.
Busy mama.
I have not updated for a while, and I am not sure how many of you check this blog, so I apologize. Baseball season is insane for us. We are constantly going somewhere. And last night my dd graduated from preschool. I used to think that preschool graduations were hokie, but it was really cute and she loved every second of it.

Crab Soaker
I just mailed my dear friend Chris her woolies this morning. We did a trade for summer stuff. She is the most talented painter EVER and did some really awesome shirts for my ds. Including the crab shirt in the picture. She also made one of them for her ds and I did this soaker to go with it. . .along with all her other stuff. I was happy to finally ship it, I have been working on it bit by bit and finally finished. I will show you the picture of all of her fluff in the next couple of days. . .the pic is impressive, since there are 7, kwim. . .but one is a surprise and I don't want to ruin it!!! LOL!
My Mother's Day
I had a truly lovely weekend of Mother's Day. It started on Friday, I attended a Mom's Tea with my dd. She was also celebrating her 5th birthday that day. It was so cute. She made me a paper corsage, and some egg carton flowers in a vase. The kids served their mamas tea and treats and sang several adorable songs. I will admit that when they were singing about being miracles, this mama teared up. Pictures are of dd and I at the Tea and of her birthday dress that I shamelessly copied from a site on Etsy and made for her with the help of my SIL (who has an embroidery machine).
The kids got me a sweet little bracelet and the hubby got me a new pair of capris. We went out to lunch with my mama and I gave her the grandma necklace I had made for her by a ds mama. She loved it. . .it had a heart for each of her 9 grandkids.
Hope all of you had a terrific Mom's Day!

Update time again.
It has been crazy around here again. Last fall we had dd tested for allergies and found out that she is pretty much allergic to everything outside. But we had never seen her under attack from those allergies until now. Sinus infection, allergic pink eye, nasal passages swollen shut. She is on more medicine right now than everyone else in the family put together.
Did manage to get some custom work done though. Some cute weiner dog shorties and a gorgeous pair of fire dancer shorties.
Next up I am working on some monster longies and a pair of Patriot longies. Should be fun!!! I really love working with Jamie!!! Thanks mama and good luck with your move. . .

Pirate Ship Shorties
I love doing customs for Allie. She is always so easy to work with and wants something super fun! Here we special ordered some wool to look like the water and embellished a pirate ship on the bum, complete with an anchor that wraps around to the front! For some reason I can't find my picture of the anchor, I will try to find it and get it posted sometime later today!
